To get me through the last 2 weeks of teaching, I made sure to be at work early to pray and worship before the kids arrived. I truly believe doing this was the only thing that got me through. During those times, Psalms 139:16 kept coming to me. Psalms 139:16 NLT version says, "You saw me before I was born. Everyday of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day passed." The image I kept seeing was a pen writing at the end of a page, and then the page turning. The Lord was saying to me, "I have written the last sentences of this season in your life. This chapter is done. I am turning the page." I could have shouted all over that classroom!
God already knows the story of your life. This is why nothing catches Him by surprise. He knows your end from your beginning and all of the pages in between. 2018 is coming to a close and so is this chapter of your life. Know that He has written the last few sentences of this chapter, and He is ready to turn the page for 2019. The question is, are you? Are you ready to turn the page and see what God has written next? I believe that whatever God has written in the next chapter is about to be mind-blowing! Don't miss it trying to go back and re-read the 2018 chapter. Turn the page to see your 2019 chapter!
